We’re delighted you’re thinking of joining the British Polio Fellowship. Membership is free and open to everyone; polio survivors, carers, healthcare professionals, and anyone who supports our mission.

Simply complete the membership form here to become a member. You’ll gain access to a supportive community, useful information, grants, advice, and more.

If you’re able to, we invite you to make a voluntary donation to support our work. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us continue providing services to those affected by polio.

You’ll also have the option to:

Set up an annual Direct Debit
Make a one-off donation
Declare Gift Aid (if eligible)
Request to become a company member

Membership Form

All new members are automatically assigned to their nearest branch and region based on postcode, so you can connect with others in your area.
