Clinical Advisory Network

Our Clinical Advisory Network is a group of healthcare professionals and experts who work closely with the Fellowship to provide medical advice and support.

It’s important that we encourage all healthcare practitioners to learn more about polio and Post-Polio Syndrome (PPS), and to understand how best to support those affected. They play a really important role in making sure all the information we share, the services we offer, and the campaigns we run are accurate, up-to-date, and based on the latest research and best medical practices.

Expert Panel

The Expert Panel includes healthcare professionals and polio survivors, to help us shape our advocacy work, making sure the needs and experiences of people living with polio and Post-Polio Syndrome are heard loud and clear. Their knowledge helps us understand the challenges faced by polio survivors so we can create support that really meets those needs.

Basically, this Panel brings expert advice right into the heart of what we do, they help us provide better support, raise awareness, and improve the lives of polio survivors across the UK.
